Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect your store credit to be reflected on your account once we receive your item(s) 10-14 business days.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will charge a flat rate for shipping per item. Delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the time it takes to fulfill your order.
Retail Customers: 14-21 business days.
Wholesale Customers: up-to 30 business days for your first order and up-to 14-21 business days thereafter.
We ship orders via Canada Post, UPS and DHL.


We highly recommend that you place your customer orders on the 1st and 15th of the month.  See calendar below
